#SDVIPAgent Rod Watson here reporting about how my specialty, Sports & Talent relate so well to Real Estate. So when you think NFL stadiums or professional sports arenas, perhaps Real Estate in not always what comes to mind. What you have to realize is that anytime a large commercial or entertainment building is built in a neighborhood, it automatically transforms the environment that surrounds it. Case in point is another upcoming change for San Diego. The San Diego Union Tribune recently reported that a La Jolla-based FS Investors group announced plans last month to seek a Major League Soccer franchise by promising to build a $200 million, 32,000-seat stadium suitable for both professional soccer and college level football. The $1 billion-plus, soccer-based redevelopment proposal for Qualcomm Stadium property would be built in Mission Valley.
What does this mean for Real Estate? It means that businesses in and around this new construction specifically RESIDENTIAL properties will sky rocket and it is a tremendous opportunity for investors looking to cash in a decade from now.
